In order to achieve planning approval for a grade 2 listed building, we consulted our client’s neighbour, who was so impressed with our design that he hired us to transform the rear of his grade 2 listed building to provide a beautiful, contemporary adaptation for this 18th century house providing an enhanced kitchen with garden access, increased natural light and improved insulation levels (see below for examples of planning submissions)
