We submitted an application for the conversion and change of use of former hotel building from Use Class C1 into 3 No. 2 bedroom flats and 2 No. 1 bedroom flats at The Falcon Hotel, Ilminster Road, Henlade.

Construction work begins in February 2024 on restoring the bay windows for this iconic building . By restoring the existing building this provides significant embodied C02 savings.
