Our team is working on a wide range of projects throughout the South and South West of England. The bulk of our current workload focusses on the design of: Bespoke one-off houses, paragraph 84 houses, grade 2 listed buildings, barn conversions (class Q), a community centre and retirement homes as well as luxury apartments and a Master plan for a wellbeing retreat. We also offer planning consultancy services via Constructionline.

We provide the full spectrum of architectural services from planning to completion or anything in between, including - the creation and development of the architectural design; all statutory building applications (i.e Planning Permission and Building Regulations); preparation of project specifications and tender documents; overseeing the whole tender process (cost estimates) and undertaking site inspections throughout, until project completion.

ABOUT US

Phillip heads up our architectural team and brings 25 years’ experience to the role. He has worked on large-scale, complex residential schemes, Grade II-listed buildings, high-end retail, London schools, developments within areas of outstanding natural beauty (AONB), refurbishments, community buildings and mixed-use masterplanning. He has an impressive track record of delivering inspiring designs, securing planning permission for tricky sites and guiding projects successfully through the construction process.
