We are delighted to be commissioned to work on the designs for a new family; home in Cheddar, located within the AONB of the Mendip Hills

The new self build home in Cheddar will provide a low environmental impact using sustainable technology that includes super insulation, and fantastic air tightness levels, and requires 90% less energy to heat than an average home.

The development provides a long term (self build) lifetime home for our client, that responds o the scale of the existing dwellings and setting.

Designing the dwelling provides an opportunity to enhance the semi-improved grasslands of the existing landscape and boundary hedgerows.
