Delighted to be commissioned to prepare a planning submission for a Community Facility in Brighton

Dandelion Seeds Architects are appointed to provide an urban infill project in Brighton with various internal alterations at our clients Community Association. This approximately 600m2 project will provide vital community services to the location and wider community in Brighton.

We were appointed to enhance the existing community centre facilities, maximising the use of the existing building, while creating new dwellings within the existing residential element. This approach seeks to optimise the use of the existing building and support the long-term sustainability of the work that Fresh Start Community Association and Thumbprint Foundation undertake. This will help to ensure it can continue to serve the local community at a higher capacity, within the context of a high-quality and contextually sensitive design. The proposed development is important to the Association in order to deliver important upgrades to the facilities and services that can be provided on site.
